The Global Fleet & Mobility Team is a world-class commercial team targeting double-digit growth as we expand our relationships with global organizations enabling fuel, EV, and vehicle-related payments via the Visa payment network. The team collaborates with Global Energy/Oil companies, Processors, and Fleet Card providers to deliver payment solutions and services that meet the needs of Small Businesses, Growth Corporates, Large Enterprises, Multi-Nationals, and Governments globally. Reporting into the Global Head of Fleet & Mobility, this role will identify, originate, structure, and lead multi-region opportunities in close partnership with the North America and Latin America Regions. The candidate should have experience in partnerships with fuel merchants and logistics providers focused in Mexico, the United States, and Canada, and/or enablers who bring a strategic vision and the ability to work independently in a dynamic environment. The individual should be collaborative, customer-oriented, and able to manage multiple work streams with limited direction, driving long-term Fleet & Mobility growth. Prior business development and sales negotiation experience, ability to lead extended sales and deal lifecycles in a multi-team setting, and the ability to interact with senior executives to identify relevant solutions are required. The candidate must be creative, collaborative, and action-oriented to inspire others with their vision. Essential Functions
Drive multi-region delivery of strategic deals with fuel merchant companies, logistics/shipping processors, and Fleet Card providers across Mexico, Canada, and the U.S. Partner with Account Executives on business development, sales strategy, deal development, deal approval, and deal negotiation. Expand strategic partnerships, client relationships, and sales channels for Visa’s Fleet & Mobility business. Coordinate strategies and tactics across regional Visa teams, in partnership with local markets and with Legal, Sales, Client Services, Rules, Product, Technology, and Risk. Influence stakeholders beyond direct reporting lines. Optimize growth through creative deal structuring, establish and manage strategic deal pipelines to improve outcomes and sales velocity. Identify, originate, structure, support, and execute multi-region Fleet & Mobility use-cases, providing SME input to new deals. Lead ideation of new use-cases and long-term opportunities; challenge established fleet providers to promote Visa solutions with tailored presentations and analyses. Provide market analysis, insights, and ongoing monitoring of trends, regulations, pricing, and competitive positions. Support regional and market business/account planning, marketing activities, and other operational tasks. Provide strategic and operational support to executive leadership when necessary. Qualifications
Basic Qualifications 10+ years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or at least 8 years with an Advanced Degree (e.g., Master’s/MBA/JD/MD) or at least 3 years with a PhD Full fluency in both English and Spanish is required Preferred Qualifications 12+ years with a Bachelor’s Degree or 8–10 years with an Advanced Degree, or 6+ years with a PhD Deep knowledge of the Payments Ecosystem and client-facing partnerships with Energy/Oil, Processors, Acquirers, and Fleet Card providers Strong communication, relationship, and stakeholder management skills with regional sales, deal, and deal finance teams Experience supporting client negotiations, implementing business processes, and leading high-performing teams Experience identifying, structuring, and managing partnerships with commercial stakeholders such as Energy/Oil companies, Processors, and Fleet Card providers Ability to develop viable growth strategies and execute them across client sets Ability to navigate a large organization to broker information and form partnerships across multiple reporting lines Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple workflows under tight deadlines Comfort in pursuing and structuring opportunities in sometimes abstract contexts and timelines A thought leader capable of strategizing, ideating, co-creating, and enabling verticals and solutions to grow global Fleet & Mobility pipeline Additional Information

The estimated salary range for a new hire into this position is 160,600.00 to 232,900.00 USD per year, which may include potential sales incentive payments. Salary may vary based on job-related factors including knowledge, skills, experience, and location. This position may be eligible for bonus and equity.
