As new fintech players entered the market and as regulatory, economic and sustainability pressures affect the ecosystem, Visa plays a significant role in creating value to meet the needs of commercial fleets today and anticipating their requirements of tomorrow. As a key member of this team focused on the Americas, you will be the product lead responsible for building out the ecosystem including launching full product lifecycle of the fleet platforms, assets and solutions that serve the needs of our fleet and mobility commercial clients in the United States, Mexico, and Canada. Reporting into the Global Head of Fleet & Mobility, this role requires strong leadership, vision, problem solving skills and a breadth of knowledge of the Fleet industry. You will work in close collaboration with key Fleet Clients, Issuers, Fuel Retailers, Processors, Acquirers and Visa’s Platform, Processing, Marketing, Sales, and Consulting teams. The successful candidate should have significant experience in fleet cards and commercial payments in addition to having an analytical, collaborative and technical product management skillset. Experience with payment networks, Issuer, Processor or fleet management software is a plus. This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your hiring manager. Responsibilities
Lead the full product lifecycle for the fleet platforms, assets and solutions serving fleet and mobility commercial clients in the United States, Mexico, and Canada. Build and evolve the ecosystem in collaboration with Fleet Clients, Issuers, Fuel Retailers, Processors, Acquirers and Visa teams across Platform, Processing, Marketing, Sales and Consulting. Provide leadership, vision, problem solving, and strategic direction as part of the Global Fleet & Mobility team. Qualifications
12 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or 8–10 years with an Advanced Degree (e.g., Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 6+ years with a PhD. Experience in Fleet or Cards and Payments with a track record in developing new strategies and product executions. Demonstrated track record of supporting complex product or client deals or partnerships from negotiation to delivery, with strong troubleshooting and problem solving skills. Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills to work across functions and geographies in a complex matrix environment. Team player with a positive attitude and eagerness to learn in a small, agile team.
Open mindedness and excitement about future technologies and willingness to work in a multi-cultural environment. Analytical, problem solving and project management skills. Effective influencing and communication skills to secure buy-in from clients and stakeholders. Able to develop strong internal and external relationships to ensure uptake and delivery of Visa solutions. Ability to work with leading industry partners to negotiate effectively and achieve desired outcomes. Strong written, oral, and presentation communication skills with the ability to explain complex business and technical concepts to broad audiences. Full fluency in English and Spanish is required; professional proficiency in Portuguese is a plus. Additional Information

The estimated salary range for a new hire into this position is 151,600.00 to 219,950.00 USD per year, which may include potential sales incentive payments. Salary may vary based on knowledge, skills, experience, and location. This position may be eligible for bonus and equity.
