As a Box Office Representative, you will be responsible for processing and distributing tickets for events at TD Garden. What will you do?
Process ticket purchases and manage distribution using Archtics, TM1 Sales, and Ticketmaster Host systems
Provide professional customer service via phone, email, and in person, assisting guests with ticketing needs, accessibility requests, and issue resolution
Monitor and respond to box office email inboxes and phone lines, including ADA and game night support, ensuring timely and courteous communication
Support internal teams by researching account and ticketing issues and assisting with problem resolution using TD Garden Account Manager and Ticketmaster apps
Assist with live and prerecorded show elements as needed, and perform daily administrative tasks to support marketing and game presentation team
More about you
High school diploma or equivalent experience
Detail-oriented with a passion for problem-solving and cash and payment management
Ability to handle multiple tasks while blending efforts with job expectations and attitude
Must be able to use all Ticketmaster systems and have basic computer skills, including email
Strong communication skills
Physical requirements
May be required to work in a small space, such as a ticket booth.
Ability to withstand a variety of temperatures depending on the season.
Manual dexterity to process ticket purchases and issue guest tickets.
Shift details Days: M-F; Weekends; Evenings as needed
