Job Description We are seeking a dynamic Punjabi Speaking Account Development Manager I to drive lead generation, qualify prospects, build relationships, and negotiate and close sales within an assigned territory. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals who are looking to make a significant impact. Identify and strategically develop relationships with qualified prospects and new customers. Secure appointments, deliver compelling sales presentations, negotiate terms, and successfully close deals. Respond promptly to inquiries and cancellation requests, and address wholesale customer needs as required. Collaborate with stakeholders to leverage opportunities and meet SMART gallon and profit goals. Work with the Divisional Director of Sales to create effective closing and sales strategies as needed. Provide subject matter expertise consultations to customers. Manage accounts to achieve SMART gallon and profit objectives. Stay updated on fuel industry trends, delivery systems, and competitor activities. Gather market intelligence to refine strategies and tactics. Exemplify behaviors that reflect the company's core purpose while ensuring exceptional service for guests and team members. Comply with all relevant rules, regulations, policies, and procedures. Perform additional duties as assigned. Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor's Degree preferred.
