Job Description As a Spanish Speaking Account Development Manager, your goal will be to generate leads, qualify prospects, build strong relationships, and effectively negotiate and close sales within your designated geographic territory. Key Responsibilities: Identify and strategically cultivate relationships with qualified prospects and new customers. Schedule appointments, deliver compelling sales presentations, negotiate terms, and successfully close sales on relevant offerings. Respond promptly to inquiries, cancellation requests, and sales requests, while addressing customers' wholesale needs when appropriate. Collaborate effectively with company stakeholders to maximize opportunities and achieve SMART gallon and profit goals. Work closely with the Divisional Director of Sales to design effective closing and sales strategies. Provide expert consultations to customers as a subject matter expert (SME). Manage accounts to ensure alignment with SMART gallon and profit goals. Stay informed about changes in the fuel industry, delivery systems, and competitor activities. Gather market intelligence to adapt and refine strategies and tactics as necessary. Exhibit behaviors that align with the company’s purpose to ensure exceptional support for guests and team members. Ensure all activities comply with relevant rules, regulations, policies, and procedures. Complete additional duties as assigned. Qualifications High School diploma required; Bachelor’s Degree preferred. Two years of telemarketing sales experience preferred or three years of telesales experience.
