Overview
The Staybridge Suites London by IHG is seeking an experienced General Manager to lead operations, drive financial performance, and ensure an exceptional guest experience at this all-suites property.
Responsibilities
Oversee all aspects of hotel operations with a focus on guest satisfaction, profitability, and team leadership.
Initiate actions to support property revenue and profitability goals.
Measure, analyze, and communicate property performance using revenue, guest satisfaction, and associate management data.
Implement budgets, sales plans, and forecasts for the hotel.
Identify and champion creative marketing solutions that fit the brand and property needs.
Understand and leverage sales and marketing advantages over competitor properties while serving as a public relations representative for the hotel and brand.
Actively participate in the local community and build strong relationships with local officials, businesses, and customers.
Collaborate with colleagues and hotel team members to establish and implement services and programs that meet or exceed guest expectations.
Qualifications
Prior experience with IHG, Hilton, or Marriott is required.
3–10+ years in senior hotel leadership, with proven General Manager experience.
Demonstrated success in hotel operations, financial performance, and people development.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Legal right to work in Canada.

Pay: $80,000.00-$90,000.00 per year
