Overview
The Staybridge Suites London by IHG is seeking an experienced General Manager to lead operations, drive financial performance, and ensure an exceptional guest experience at this all-suites property.
Responsibilities
- Oversee all aspects of hotel operations with a focus on guest satisfaction, profitability, and team leadership.
- Initiate actions to support property revenue and profitability goals.
- Measure, analyze, and communicate property performance using revenue, guest satisfaction, and associate management data.
- Implement budgets, sales plans, and forecasts for the hotel.
- Identify and champion creative marketing solutions that fit the brand and property needs.
- Understand and leverage sales and marketing advantages over competitor properties while serving as a public relations representative for the hotel and brand.
- Actively participate in the local community and build strong relationships with local officials, businesses, and customers.
- Collaborate with colleagues and hotel team members to establish and implement services and programs that meet or exceed guest expectations.
Qualifications
- Prior experience with IHG, Hilton, or Marriott is required.
- 3–10+ years in senior hotel leadership, with proven General Manager experience.
- Demonstrated success in hotel operations, financial performance, and people development.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Legal right to work in Canada.

- Pay: $80,000.00-$90,000.00 per year
