What We're Looking For We are seeking a talented Aviation Architecture Design Principal to join our National Award Winning Architectural Practice. Interpret client goals and program requirements to establish design goals and parameters for large projects; serve as a resource to the project architect and project manager as the design is developed; communicate design concepts to client and project teams. Develop and present lead technical viewpoints on all projects and ensure HNTB systems are used to deliver the design in a standardized manner. Prepare design concepts consistent with the client’s goals, budget and schedule. Work closely with the project architect and project manager in planning and implementing all work processes. Serve as subject matter expert on architectural projects of the largest size. Develop and present design viewpoints on all projects; ensure a design solution consistent with the program, budget and schedule is properly developed and produced. May mentor other team members, including those with less experience. Assist in the development and implementation of practice-wide technical and delivery standards. Participate in market sector leadership initiatives. Nurture existing client relationships. Attend industry-based conferences and events to promote the firm. Performs other duties as assigned. Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field and 10 years relevant experience. What You'll Bring

The approximate pay range for Los Angeles Metro Area and Orange County, CA is $123,846.45 - $193,708.53. Actual compensation will be dependent on factors, including but not limited to the individual’s qualifications, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities as well as physical work location within the state.
