Full Time • Firehouse Subs Austin Commons REPORTS TO: Owner/Franchisee POSITION SUMMARY STATEMENT : This position is fully accountable for the profitable operation of a Firehouse Subs Restaurant while adhering to all company guidelines and regulations. Responsibilities

Ensure the restaurant is in full compliance to all local, state and federal regulations including health, wage and hour, age restrictions, fair employment practices, ADA, OSHA, and other applicable regulations for legal operation. Know, adhere to, and enforce all Firehouse Subs Policies and Procedures. Provide leadership to the restaurant team to consistently meet standards of superior guest service, quality and cleanliness while promoting a cheerful and productive work environment and Firehouse Subs values. Ensure profitability by operating within established guidelines for food cost, labor, controllables, utilities and sales growth. Coordinate and implement current operations game plans and company initiatives in a profitable and timely manner. Staff the restaurant with qualified personnel and ensure employees are trained and developed properly. Lead the continuous training and development of the restaurant Assistant Manager and Shift Managers. Participate in local restaurant marketing in the local trade area. Promote Public Safety Foundation initiatives. Ensure required programs, reports and legal documents are accurate, complete and completed on schedule. Maintain awareness and participation in community affairs to capitalize on sales and public relations opportunities. Represent Firehouse Subs professionally and positively at all times. Communicate effectively with the GM/Owner about any issues that may impact the business. Maintain restaurant equipment in working order and report problems promptly to the Owner. Able to work on their feet for up to 13 hours at a time and lift up to 50 lbs. Perform any other duties assigned by the Owner. Compensation
