Overview
You will serve as a Paralegal Specialist in the Staff Advocate Judge Office of NVRECRUITNGCMD. Specialized Experience (GS-09 or equivalent)
Applying laws, rules and regulations involving litigation or litigation support, or administrative law to provide research or paralegal support. Utilizing various laws, principles, concepts, and methods of legal research, to include automated legal research systems and legal reference sources to perform complex level research. Performing legal research into legislative history, precedents, decisions, and opinions that may be applicable to identifying and locating relevant facts and preparing analyses of finding. Applying rules and regulations related to the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) and the Privacy Act.
