Create or manage the creation of content for various initiatives.
Manage existing agency and ensure performance of their deliverables.
Liaison with other Cypress Lawn leadership members.
Develop PowerPoint and present campaigns to internal sales associates and management teams.
Analyze and report on marketing effectiveness (campaign KPIs, Board of Director reporting).
Manage budget and ensure cost-effective operations.

Skills and Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
5+ years of experience in digital marketing and demand generation
2+ years of marketing campaign development
Proven track-record of achieving KPIs (campaign experience may include direct mail, branding, email marketing, digital marketing, grass roots events, or similar)
Proven success fulfilling a qualified lead commitment from search, social, email, and other digital sources
Experience in developing and managing relationships with external vendors
Excellent organizational and project management skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and take initiative
Direct experience with lead management in CRM systems
Passion for prioritizing the highest initiatives, while injecting the combination of art, science, and empathy into every decision
Deep curiosity for business goals to be able to provide actionable solutions
