The ideal candidate will have at least two (2) to seven (7) years of appellate experience, including a working knowledge of state and federal civil and appellate procedure, and excellent advocacy and writing skills. Admission to the Florida Bar is required. Responsibilities
Evaluate trial records, write effective briefs, analyze and frame factual and legal issues considering the appellate standard of review, conduct legal research, and present oral argument. Qualifications
At least 2 to 7 years of appellate experience, including working knowledge of state and federal civil and appellate procedure. Admission to the Florida Bar is required. About the Firm and Practice
