Overview Location for this role is Pleasanton, California and candidate will need to be onsite 4 days a week.

Our client is seeking a CRM Marketing Manager who will lead the development and execution of comprehensive marketing strategies designed to engage customers. This role focuses on driving customer engagement and increasing lifetime value by managing personalized campaigns across key digital channels including email, push notifications, and SMS. The CRM Marketing Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams in a matrix organization to optimize the customer journey and ensure a seamless, personalized experience across all touchpoints.

Responsibilities

Own the CRM strategy and execute complex CRM marketing campaigns that nurture customer relationships.

Identify key touchpoints to deliver targeted content and offers that increase engagement, retention, and lifetime value.

Use data and insights to optimize the customer journey and ensure consistent, personalized communication across all channels (email, push, SMS).

Work with the Analytics team to build audience segmentation using customer data and create highly personalized marketing messages and offers.

Ensure customers receive relevant, timely content that resonates with their interests and behaviors.

Develop and manage strategies to increase customer retention, reduce churn, and drive repeat purchases; optimize email, push, and SMS efforts for ongoing engagement with high-value customers.

Collaborate with product, content, brand, creativity, and analytics teams to ensure seamless campaign execution in a large matrix organization.

Align marketing strategies with broader company objectives, ensuring consistent messaging and branding.

Continuously test and refine lifecycle marketing campaigns; analyze KPIs such as open rates, click-through rates, conversion rates, incremental revenue, and retention metrics.

Utilize A/B testing and multivariate testing to optimize content, subject lines, and timing for maximum impact; apply strong quantitative skills using tools like Excel.

Use analytics tools to measure campaign performance and make data-driven decisions that enhance customer engagement and lifecycle marketing effectiveness.

Qualifications

Experience in developing and executing CRM marketing programs across email, push notifications, and SMS.

Strong ability to analyze data, build audience segments, and personalize communications based on behavior and engagement.

Proven track record of improving retention, reducing churn, and increasing lifecycle value.

Collaborative skills to work with product, content, brand, creativity, and analytics teams in a matrix environment.

Proficiency with analytics tools and Excel for data analysis and decision making.

Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $69.00/hr.

Workplace Type: This is a fully onsite position in Pleasanton, CA.
