Enterprise Data Consultant - Senior Collibra Integration Developer

Overview
This remote role focuses on designing and implementing data governance solutions using the Collibra platform. The consultant will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable integrations, automate workflows, and enhance metadata and data quality management across enterprise systems. Responsibilities
Gather and refine business and technical requirements to implement customized Collibra solutions. Develop integrations between Collibra and various data sources (cloud/on-prem), enabling seamless data flow and automation. Build and maintain automation scripts using Python, Java, or similar technologies to support governance processes. Configure Collibra workflows using Groovy and Workflow Designer. Implement metadata management, data lineage, and data quality solutions. Set up Collibra Catalog connectors and configure JDBC drivers. Configure Collibra Data Quality & Observability, including rule creation and workflow setup. Qualifications
Bachelor's degree and 4+ years of experience in data management or financial analysis (or 8+ years with a high school diploma/GED). Strong hands-on experience with Collibra platform, including REST APIs, workflow development, and metamodel design. Proficiency in SQL and scripting languages (Python, Java, Scala). Experience with relational databases (e.g., Snowflake, Oracle, SQL Server) and ETL tools (e.g., Informatica IICS). Familiarity with DevOps tools (Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins, GitHub Actions) and CI/CD practices. Experience integrating Collibra with tools like DBT, Erwin, and cloud/on-prem databases. Understanding of data governance frameworks (e.g., GDPR, CCPA, HIPAA). EEO Notice

Determining compensation for this role (and others) at Vaco by Highspring depends upon a wide array of factors including but not limited to: the individual's skill sets, experience and training; licensure and certification requirements; office location and other geographic considerations; other business and organizational needs.
