Enterprise Data Consultant - Senior Collibra Lineage Developer Overview

We are seeking a Senior Collibra Lineage Developer to support enterprise-level data governance and metadata management initiatives. This role is responsible for designing and implementing data lineage solutions that enhance visibility, traceability, and compliance across complex data environments. Key Responsibilities

Lead the development and deployment of data lineage solutions using Collibra, ensuring accurate representation of data flows across systems. Collaborate with data governance teams, business stakeholders, and technical teams to gather metadata requirements and translate them into actionable lineage models. Integrate Collibra with various data platforms, including cloud and on-premise systems, to automate lineage capture and metadata ingestion. Develop and maintain workflows, dashboards, and visualizations within Collibra to support data governance and stewardship activities. Ensure alignment with enterprise data architecture standards and regulatory compliance requirements. Troubleshoot and optimize lineage processes for performance, scalability, and accuracy. Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members and contribute to best practices in metadata and lineage management. Qualifications

Extensive hands-on experience with Collibra, particularly in lineage modeling, metadata ingestion, and workflow development. Strong understanding of data governance frameworks, metadata management, and enterprise data architecture. Experience working with ETL tools, data warehouses, cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP), and APIs. Proficiency in SQL and scripting languages used for metadata extraction and transformation. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work across technical and business teams. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field; advanced degree or certifications in data governance or Collibra preferred.
