Scrum Master

Responsibilities Facilitate daily scrum, sprint planning, sprint demo, and retrospective ceremonies. Help the team avoid, navigate, and break down roadblocks and interferences that hinder project progress. Facilitate discussion, decision-making, and conflict resolution. Work with the business and product owner on developing the product roadmap, backlog grooming, and product backlog maintenance. Work with architecture and technical resources on delivery and implementation strategy. Monitor and manage project progress and communicate achievements, risks, and mitigation steps to stakeholders.

Qualifications

The overall experience of 7+ years with a minimum of 2-3 years of experience as a scrum master with Data/ETL Projects. Proven experience delivering Snowflake Data Lakehouse (or other data projects) implementation. Experience navigating/managing an ambiguous situation with many moving pieces. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
