Scrum Master

with a client in

Minneapolis, MN.

The position involves facilitating Scrum ceremonies and driving continuous improvement through retrospectives and feedback sessions.

Rate Range:

$43/hour to 45/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

Scrum Master job responsibilities include:

Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives. Coach and guide teams on Agile Scrum principles to ensure effective implementation and continuous improvement. Remove impediments that hinder team progress and ensure smooth sprint execution. Collaborate with Product Owners to manage and prioritize the product backlog. Track and report KPIs, project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders. Promote a culture of collaboration and ensure adherence to Agile best practices across cross-functional teams. Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field. Minimum 3 years as a Scrum Master; overall experience 10+ years preferred. Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with Agile Scrum principles and practices. Proven ability to lead Scrum ceremonies and drive continuous improvement across teams. Pay Details:

$43.00 to $45.00 per hour
