Do you love looking through evaluations line-by-line? We are looking for a person who is driven by a passion for ensuring agentic success through thoughtful and scalable datasets. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to and help define the foundational evaluation datasets for all agentic workflows at Workday. What You'll Do
You will collaborate on building the foundational blueprints for our agents. You will craft and refine evaluation datasets that capture the complexities of real-world scenarios, turning abstract performance goals into tangible, measurable benchmarks that drive continuous improvement. You will help define a robust, scalable evaluation machine that will become the backbone of our agentic workflows across the company. About You
We are looking for someone who thrives on the challenge of defining what "good" looks like in a collaborative and forward-thinking environment. You should be passionate about building a comprehensive system and contribute to a legacy of excellence in this critical field. Basic Qualifications
8+ years of experience with product engineering leading the development and delivery of highly available cloud products 5+ years of experience in AI, machine learning, or intelligent automation, with a focus on enterprise applications Deep understanding of LLMs, AI agents, and orchestration frameworks (e.g. LangGraph) Proficiency in Python, cloud AI services (AWS, Azure, GCP), and AI model deployment Other Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or Engineering Experience with enterprise-grade AI architectures, API integration, and large-scale automation Hands-on experience with vector databases, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and fine-tuning LLMs Proven ability to translate business challenges into AI-powered solutions with measurable results Experience in data privacy, security, and compliance for AI in enterprise environments Experience developing and deploying ML solutions over large-scale datasets, including data collection, labeling, model development, validation, deployment, and monitoring Experience with fine-tuning models and curating datasets for iterative improvement Workday Pay Transparency Statement
The annualized base salary ranges for the primary location and any additional locations are listed below. Pay varies by work location. The total compensation package may include bonuses, commission, and stock grants. More details are provided during the hiring process.
