We are seeking an experienced Program Director to lead and oversee large-scale transformation and modernization initiatives. The ideal candidate will bring proven expertise from top consulting environments (e.g., Deloitte, KPMG, PwC, Accenture, or equivalent), with a strong ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder programs in financial services or large enterprise environments. Lead end-to-end delivery of enterprise-wide transformation programs, ensuring on-time, on-budget, and quality outcomes. Develop and manage program governance structures, reporting frameworks, and executive dashboards. Engage with senior client stakeholders (CIO, CTO, Business Unit Heads) to align program objectives with business strategy. Oversee cross-functional workstreams across technology, operations, and business transformation. Drive vendor and partner coordination, ensuring deliverables meet contractual and business expectations. Identify risks, issues, and dependencies, and implement effective mitigation strategies. Build and mentor a high-performing program management team, fostering accountability and collaboration. Ensure compliance with regulatory, security, and audit requirements throughout program execution. Translate lessons learned into continuous improvement and optimized workflows for future initiatives. Qualifications
15+ years of progressive experience in program and portfolio management, with at least 5 years in a Program Director or equivalent leadership role. Proven background with consulting firms such as Deloitte, KPMG, PwC, Accenture, or similar — managing large-scale transformation or modernization programs. Strong financial services, banking, or enterprise IT transformation experience preferred. Deep expertise in governance, program execution frameworks (Agile, SAFe, Waterfall), and executive reporting. Excellent stakeholder management, executive communication, and negotiation skills. PMP, PgMP, SAFe Agilist, or equivalent certifications are a strong plus. Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
