Required Skills: Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Engineering, Public Administration, or Business Administration PMP, PgMP, or equivalent project/program management certification 8+ years managing large-scale IT/enterprise system programs 5+ years with asset management systems and business process transformation 5+ years with legacy system modernization and ERP/GIS/asset tracking integration Experience with SharePoint, ESRI GIS, or SQL-based systems Demonstrated experience managing cross-functional teams in public sector, transportation, or infrastructure domains. Exceptional communication, documentation, and stakeholder engagement skills. Preferred Skills:
ITIL, Lean Six Sigma (Green/Black Belt), or process improvement certification Familiarity with federal/state transportation systems, data reporting, and FHWA compliance Prior experience with SCDOT or other DOT agencies Experience managing multi-system integration (transportation asset, LRS, GIS platforms) Specific Skills:
Program/Project Management (IT Modernization) Asset Management Systems (EAMS) ERP, GIS & Asset Tracking Integration Legacy System Modernization SharePoint, ESRI GIS, SQL Stakeholder & Vendor Management Risk/Change Control & Governance Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio, Project)
