Overview
Our client, an esteemed international law firm, is looking for a Business Development & Marketing Project Manager to join their DC team.

$155K-$165K annually and AWESOME benefits!!!
Work Environment:
Hybrid (3 days in office/2 remote)

Responsibilities
Draft and manage high-quality pitches, proposals, and capability statements.
Tailor content to highlight the firm's credentials and value proposition.
Enhance and maintain templates and presentation materials.
Create and update experience lists using the firm's database.
Ensure bios, awards, accolades, and practice descriptions are current and accessible.
Collaborate with BD leadership to identify new client targets and cross-selling opportunities.
Support initiatives to grow existing client relationships through strategic campaigns.
Plan and execute visibility campaigns including sponsorships, PR, and social media.
Lead legal directory and award submissions.
Monitor industry trends and develop thought leadership content with attorneys and editorial teams.
Manage client events and speaking engagements in coordination with BD and Events teams.
Prepare custom materials and track engagement through CRM systems.
Support post-event follow-up and relationship development.
Establish and communicate team guidelines and best practices.
Collaborate with BD coordinators and global teams to ensure seamless execution.
Respond to requests efficiently and in alignment with firm values.
Qualifications
Bachelors degree required.
6+ years of business development experience in a law firm or professional services setting.
Strong writing, project management, and organizational skills.
Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of InDesign, InterAction, or similar tools a plus.
High attention to detail, emotional intelligence, and sound judgment.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Flexible for occasional travel and extended hours when needed.
