In this executive leadership role, you will be instrumental in expanding the Accounting, Finance, Transformation, and Transactions practices, leveraging your deep industry expertise and strong relationships to drive market penetration and client success.

The ideal candidate is a strategic leader with a track record of cultivating new business opportunities in the

Chicago market , building high-impact client relationships, and guiding teams to deliver transformative results.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute strategies that drive business growth and expand market share in the

Chicago

market

Cultivate and strengthen C-suite and key stakeholder relationships to fuel growth and leverage market opportunities

Identify, pursue, and secure new client engagements, driving revenue growth and expanding the practice

Collaborate with internal leadership to deliver integrated, cross-functional solutions that meet client needs

Provide strategic advisory services to help clients navigate complex business and finance challenges

Lead, mentor, and inspire your team to foster a culture of excellence, collaboration, and professional development

Continuously monitor market trends and emerging technologies to keep the firm at the forefront of innovation

Qualifications

Experience within professional services related to Accounting, Finance, Transactions, Business Transformation, Management Consulting, or a related field, with career progression to Managing Director or Partner

Strong background in business development, with a history of identifying and closing significant new business opportunities in the

Chicago

market

Exceptional business insight and industry knowledge, with the ability to align client needs with innovative solutions

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and build trust at the executive level
