Role : Director of Sales
Location : San Francisco (Onsite)
Salary : $160k - $170k base (plus OTE & equity)
We’re looking for a hands-on Sales Director to own revenue growth in our San Francisco office. You’ll manage a team of 14 AEs, close strategic deals, and be the face of our brand in one of the most exciting startup ecosystems in the world.

What You’ll Do
Lead, coach, and grow a team of Account Executives.
Own revenue growth and close strategic deals.
Build partnerships and represent us at events in the founder/VC community.
Roll up your sleeves and drive GTM strategy from the front lines.
What You Bring
5–8 years in sales, with at least 1+ years managing a team.
Success at a high-growth startup (under 500 employees).
You come from either: FinTech startup ; Top VC-backed startup or from a VC firm
Proven dealmaker with strong commercial instincts.
Excellent communicator with executive presence.
Comfortable going to regular networking events.
