We are building for employer SMBs and their finance function, delivering a human-centric customer experience. We are seeking a Senior Product Marketing Manager to join our fast-growing Product Marketing team and drive strategy, inform roadmaps, and unlock adoption through launches, insights, and storytelling. Applicants must be located in the New York City metropolitan area or the surrounding tri-state region (New York, New Jersey, or Connecticut). What You’ll Be Doing

Roadmap & Strategy Partnership: Serve as a key voice of the customer to inform product roadmap and prioritization. Collaborate with Product Management and Brand/Design to align product strategy with market opportunities and growth potential. Adoption & Growth Strategy: Own the strategy and execution of programs that drive product adoption, activation, and retention. Identify friction points in the user journey and partner with Product, Growth, and Data to experiment and iterate improvements. Go-to-Market Planning: Develop and own go-to-market strategies for new features, product launches, and key initiatives. Ensure launches are informed by customer needs and tied to measurable business outcomes. Customer & Competitive Insights: Lead research to understand user needs and market trends. Translate insights into positioning and messaging that resonates across the customer journey and marketing channels. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with Product, Data, Brand/Design, Demand Gen, Growth, Sales, and Partnerships to align on goals and deliver cohesive customer experiences. Project Management: Lead product launches cross-functionally to hit targets and enable internal teams on time. Who You Are

5+ years of product marketing experience, preferably in an early-stage B2B or B2B2C company, with SMB experience. Proven track record of launching products/features, driving adoption, and delivering tangible outcomes. Data-driven storyteller able to craft narratives that resonate with stakeholders and customers. Customer champion who translates insights into messaging and positioning. Trusted voice of the customer, especially when they’re not in the room. Exceptional project management skills with the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and meet deadlines. Metrics-driven with KPIs, reporting requirements, and partnership with Data to produce quality reports. Thrives in fast-paced environments with ownership mindset. Our Commitment to You

Stage 1: 30-minute Google Meet with a Talent team member. Stage 2: 45-minute Google Meet with the Director, Product Marketing. Stage 3: 30-minute Google Meet with a Leadership team member.
