Overview
Lead Fraud and AML platforms projects in a Solution Architecture capacity. The Lead Solution Architect shall participate in business requirement refinement with the Business Owner and Tech Lead and act as a leadership voice for functional and technical best practices. Responsible for creating macro architecture, detailed technical design, and various architecture diagrams, and obtaining approval at architecture boards. Responsibilities
Maintain strong ongoing relationships with key business partners and managers within each business segment Build and maintain trust with key business stakeholders to understand business strategy and future needs Communicate monthly updates and present to senior management on strategic matters Consult with the Enterprise Architecture team on systems design to grow and develop current retail business processes and technology implementations Consult project teams to align projects with Enterprise Architecture Collaborate with senior leadership and IT leaders to develop project scopes and business cases that meet business and IT strategies Develop blueprints and roadmaps with Enterprise Architecture to balance IT efficiency and business innovation Facilitate the development and adoption of Enterprise Architecture standards across the enterprise Guide improvements in tools and capabilities to support the EA strategy and vision Identify cost-saving opportunities and drive efficiencies across corporate business lines Mentor colleagues on best practices, design standards, and implementation strategies for the EA team Maintain awareness of industry methods and tools for risk assessment and reporting Manage strategic accounts and relationships for the Enterprise Architecture department Oversee the implementation and operation of IT solutions and recommend process improvements Perform comprehensive discovery analysis and document implementation as a technical blueprint Determine how products and services should be designed or modified for commercial banking needs Act as liaison between Business Units and Consumer Banking IT throughout the product life cycle Complete current state analysis, requirements gathering, and documentation Consult with clients to map business needs to Santander solutions and requirements Must Have Skills
Expert in Fraud Prevention and Fraud Detection tools and workflows Experience implementing Fraud tools in banking systems (e.g., CrossCore, FraudNet, PreciseID, Emailage, ThreatMetrix, RSA, etc.) Restful APIs, API-led design, Event Driven Architecture Cloud Architecture & Security (AWS required, Azure) Cybersecurity concepts: MFA, encryption standards, device biometrics Ability to perform cybersecurity risk assessments (ISAR) Banking and Fraud functional concepts in cards, loans, customer authentication, payments Create logical/functional architecture diagrams and integration use-case sequence diagrams Excellent communication, teamwork, and proactive mindset Demonstrated collaboration with Business Owners Seniority level
