is seeking a Multifamily Structured Transaction Manager dedicated to advising on methods and processes for overseeing customer network development and customer support activities, and supporting customer engagement opportunities. The role involves planning, managing, or coordinating operational activities for the team with the help of executives and staff managers.
Overview The Multifamily Structured Transaction Manager role will enable you to work with a team to structure and manage transactions across multifamily product types, including conventional, affordable, manufactured housing, military, student, and seniors housing. You will provide guidance to internal and external stakeholders regarding the promotion, sale, and service of Fannie Mae\'s Structured products and cultivate partnerships with property owners and DUS lenders.
Responsibilities
Manage sales, structuring, and negotiation of Fannie Mae’s Structured Transactions, including Credit Facilities and Bulk Deliveries, across all multifamily product types.
Provide guidance to internal and external stakeholders regarding the promotion, sale, and service of Fannie Mae\'s Structured products.
Cultivate strong partnerships with Multifamily property owners and DUS lenders by developing tailored and adaptable financing strategies that address clients’ needs while delivering high levels of customer service.
Minimum Required Experience
6 years of relevant experience
Qualifications
Bachelor\'s degree or equivalent
Strong understanding of Fannie Mae’s Multifamily products and DUS/GSE underwriting guidelines
Demonstrated knowledge of, or the desire to learn, the nuances of Fannie Mae’s Multifamily Structured Transactions
Proven ability to structure complex deals involving multiple layers of Multifamily housing finance products
Compensation Target Pay Range: $121,000 - $158,000 per year
Education Bachelor\'s Level Degree (Required)
Work Arrangement Most roles expect onsite work at an designated office location with an in-office cadence determined by the manager; proximity to the office is preferred unless the role is remote.
