Overview Our client, a leader in cutting-edge technology, is seeking a Senior Hardware Design & Validation Engineer to join their team. As a Senior Hardware Design & Validation Engineer, you will be part of a dynamic engineering team supporting innovative projects in AI and mixed-signal chip technologies. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, a collaborative mindset, and a passion for technology, which will align successfully in the organization.

What’s the Job?

Design and implement RTL for complex digital IP blocks.

Perform RTL quality checks including CDC and lint analysis.

Support front-end synthesis and timing analysis.

Set up and operate lab equipment for post-silicon validation.

Develop automation scripts for lab testing and data collection.

What’s Needed?

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field (Master’s preferred).

5–7+ years of experience in digital hardware design and/or post-silicon validation.

Strong RTL design skills using SystemVerilog.

Proficiency in Python and TCL scripting for automation.

Hands-on experience with lab equipment and bench validation.
