This is your chance to join our team - help us to design the infrastructure and buildings that improve the world! This is an onsite position in our Baltimore, MD office. Responsibilities

Lead medium to large projects and oversee and mentor younger engineers. Collaborate with clients and the project team, including internal AE and sub-consultants. Develop fee proposals, manage project budgets, and direct project teams. Design and contribute to complex building systems for commercial, institutional and industrial facilities, including mission critical facilities and LEED certified or sustainable buildings. Qualifications

A bachelors degree in electrical engineering from an ABET-accredited program is required. Licensed as a Professional Engineer in the state of Maryland required. 16+ years of relevant progressive experience including experience in a Lead Engineer/Project Manager role. LEED BD+C preferred. Proficient in ETAP or SKM. Experience with Revit and the design of lighting and power systems for government, military, commercial, industrial, municipal and institutional facilities. Excellent reputation as an engineering professional; exceptional communication and organizational skills; ability to mentor and train younger engineering staff; positive attitude and willingness to work cooperatively with others. Possession of, or the ability to obtain, government TS/SCI clearance may be required. Compensation and Benefits

Estimated compensation range: $100,000.00 - $180,000.00. The specific compensation offered may vary based on knowledge, training, skills, location, and experience.
