Far West Services, LLC . Base pay range: $26.00/hr - $30.00/hr. The yearly total compensation is approximately $65K-$85K (DOE and Location) and includes base hourly rate, quarterly bonus, health benefits, sick time, vacation time, 401k, and other benefits. Responsibilities

Work in tandem with the District Manager to oversee the daily operations of the store. Provide exceptional customer service and proactively manage the front- and back-of-house teams. Recruit, select, orient, train, assign, and schedule team members in partnership with the District Manager. Manage performance through coaching, counseling, disciplining, and communicating expectations; monitor and review performance and compensation actions; enforce policies and procedures. Communicate with the District Manager about operational and human resources issues in a timely and effective manner. Perform regular restaurant inspections to ensure standards are met. Maintain a calm demeanor during high-volume or unusual events to keep the store operating to standard and set a positive example for the team. Track inventory and ensure accurate record-keeping. Resolve issues with food preparation and handle customer service issues to foster returning customers. Maintain a safe, secure, and healthy facility environment by enforcing sanitation standards, safety procedures, health regulations, and security systems. Meet restaurant operating policies and standards, including quality food products, cash handling, and store safety and security. Communicate maintenance needs to Facilities and ensure facilities are maintained to Wingstop’s standards; ensure communication flows to all team members. Coach and develop team members using company tools and collaborate with the Restaurant Support Center to manage risk. Drive store metrics through strong business acumen and teamwork. Qualifications

Minimum of 2 years of restaurant supervisory experience in food service. Food Handler Certification required (can be obtained during onboarding). Experience with computer and POS systems. Flexible availability including mornings, evenings, weekends, holidays. Spanish speaking is a plus. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, stand for long periods, and work in a fast-paced environment.
