Overview The Director of Admissions and Marketing is responsible for providing a positive experience for referrals interested in residing at Webster at Rye. This role plans and provides engaging tours, manages admissions and community events. This is a full-time salaried position based in Rye, NH at Webster at Rye and reports directly to the Executive Director.
Webster at Rye was awarded Holleran’s Choice Community Award for completion of their 2025 Employee Engagement and Satisfaction survey for the Second Year in a Row!
Responsibilities
Coordinate the application process and advise the Executive Director of recommendations of applications.
Manage daily inquiry response and follow-up activity (phone, letter, appointment).
Maintain goals for call-outs, appointments, sales and tours.
Work with individuals, families, and groups to encourage residency at Webster at Rye.
Schedule and implement tours for prospective Residents and/or their decision makers.
continually manages and monitors Census and the referral process.
Notify applicants of referral/approval outcomes.
Assist approved applicants in selecting living accommodation, prepares and files necessary documents, and establishes a move-in date.
Coordinate with appropriate departments and disseminates appropriate information for a smooth admission.
Arrange for and conduct final sign-in procedures.
Complete all community paperwork and turn completed file to accounting.
Assures that orientation process has been scheduled or completed.
Builds and maintains a waiting list of potential residents — updates periodically and draws from it to fill vacancies.
Enters each contact with clients, trusted decision makers into Enquire Database (senior housing sales software).
Assists at special marketing events to advertise Webster at Rye, a Silverstone Living Community.
Promotes a positive public image of Webster at Rye through personal conduct, both at Webster at Rye and within the general public.
Other tasks assigned by the Executive Director.
Qualifications
Proven experience in Marketing, Sales and/or Admissions in senior housing or related field.
Patience and ability to effectively interact with potential clients, residents, and families.
Leadership skills and initiative.
Must possess excellent written and oral communication skills and proven presentation abilities.
Excellent organizational, detail-oriented and coordination skills.
College or comparable experience required.
