As Executive Director of our

Signature Memory Care community , you will: Oversee all aspects of community operations, including financial management, staffing, and compliance. Lead strategic marketing and community outreach efforts. Champion innovative programming and life enrichment opportunities tailored to residents’ needs. Foster a safe, welcoming, and engaging environment where residents thrive and families feel supported. Leadership and Team

Creates and maintains a high performing team within the community: Oversees the hiring, onboarding, training and overall employee experience of staff at the site Develops performance and operational goals with department directors Provides on-going support to and encourages professional development of the department directors Assesses team performance and provides regular feedback. Addresses performance issues promptly and effectively. Promotes staff understanding of the roles they play in the accomplishment of the goals of the community and provides supportive feedback on a regular basis Financial and Billing Oversight

Monitors financial performance: develops annual budget, monitors monthly activity, and reviews monthly financial statements with Ebenezer Corporate office Supports department directors with developing budget and financial goals Meets monthly with department directors to review financial performance and assure budget compliance Plans and implements changes in strategy of generating revenue and/or managing expenses in response to current financial performance Oversees Monthly Billing Process For Residents: issues resident statements with accuracy, answers billing questions, collects and tracks payments, completes bank deposits, and provides information to accounting Resident Experience and Compliance

Establishes and supports an environment conducive to quality services and high-level customer satisfaction Communicates and is highly engaged with residents and families Meets regularly with appropriate resident committees Responds effectively to resident or family concerns including grievance resolution Routinely conducts and/or reviews satisfaction surveys Develops and implements a QAPI program to ensure quality of care and risk management Oversight of employee training compliance with regulations and Ebenezer policies Acts as liaison for ownership when in a managed community Dimensions Program

Serves as the Dimensions Champion for the site, attending Ebenezer’s Dimensions Trainings and ongoing Dimensions Champions training Coaches and mentors care team, staff and volunteers in best practices of the Dimensions Program Collaborates with nursing to maximize contributions to resident care plans from CPT, Life History/Activity Assessment, Advance Care Planning and GDS Utilizes psychosocial approaches and interventions to enhance resident experience Ensures Dimensions environment supports engagement Supports Care Partner Support group Programming and Activities

Develops programs reflecting Dimensions resident interests Designs and implements psychosocial activities to meet identified needs Develops monthly activity calendar and supports day-to-day activities Directs Life Enrichment staff and coordinates programming Encourages resident participation and maintains attendance records Coordinates vendors and ensures programming supplies Transportation

Drives Ebenezer van/bus for resident outings: reviews Vehicle Requirements, maintains a transportation log, ensures safety and follows laws Sales and Marketing

Establishes a sales and marketing plan to aim for full occupancy Works with corporate marketing on plans, maintains referral relationships, supports move-ins, manages leads and CRM data Ensures marketing materials are current and conducts tours Monitors occupancy reporting and waitlists Facilities and Compliance

Monitors maintenance of building/grounds and ensures compliance with state and federal rules Manages compliance with Department of Health AL regulations and other bodies; manages survey processes Required Qualifications

Current Driver’s License (in good standing) Insurable under employer Auto Insurance Must be at least 21 years old 1+ years senior living leadership experience Licensed Assisted Living Director (LALD) or Licensed Health Services Executive (LHSE) by BELTSS Board Or meets requirements for Assisted Living Director - In Residence (ALD-IR) by obtaining a BELTSS permit within 30 days of hire and has management experience; program enrollment may be required within six months Preferred Qualifications

The posted pay range is for a 40-hour workweek. Actual pay depends on FTE, skills, education, experience, and market conditions. The organization supports pay equity and internal equity. If eligible for a sign-on bonus, the terms in place at offer will apply. EEO Statement
