The Tankless Guys Plumbing Corp is seeking a high-performing Senior Plumbing Sales Technician to conduct in-home consultations and close premium plumbing solutions in the South Bay / San Jose & surrounding areas. This role is ideal for seasoned residential plumbing professionals with a passion for service and sales. You'll be the trusted expert who evaluates, educates, and delivers high-value solutions to homeowners—from tankless water heater installs to full-scale repipes. Company

Whether it’s a full-home repipe, underground sewer replacement, or high-efficiency tankless install, we bring expert service to every project. Key Responsibilities
Perform in-home plumbing consultations and identify customer needs Present tailored, high-value plumbing solutions with confidence Close residential plumbing projects including repipes, tankless installs, and trenchless underground replacements Serve as the face of the company, providing exceptional customer service Collaborate with internal install teams to ensure smooth project execution Educate homeowners on the advantages of Navien systems and energy-efficient upgrades Qualifications
10+ years of experience in residential plumbing sales and installations Proven success with commission-based, in-home plumbing sales Deep technical knowledge of tankless systems; Navien certification highly preferred Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-first mindset Ability to work independently and manage sales appointments Valid driver\'s license and clean driving record Compensation & Schedule
Compensation: Commission-based with the potential to earn up to $150,000+ per year plus performance bonus. The first 90 days will be paid at an hourly rate of $60.00/hour, depending on experience. Schedule: Full-time; flexible based on appointment needs and sales opportunities. Location
