The Tankless Guys Plumbing Corp is seeking a high-performing Home Plumbing Sales Technician to conduct in-home consultations and close premium plumbing solutions in the South Bay / San Jose & Surrounding areas. This role is ideal for seasoned residential plumbing professionals with a passion for service and sales. You will be the trusted expert who evaluates, educates, and delivers high-value solutions to homeowners—from tankless water heater installs to full-scale repipes. Who We Are

Perform in-home plumbing consultations and identify customer needs Present tailored, high-value plumbing solutions with confidence Close residential plumbing projects including repipes, tankless installs, and trenchless underground replacements Serve as the face of the company, providing exceptional customer service Collaborate with internal install teams to ensure smooth project execution Educate homeowners on the advantages of Navien systems and energy-efficient upgrades Qualifications
10+ years of experience in residential plumbing sales and installations Proven success with commission-based, in-home plumbing sales Deep technical knowledge of tankless systems; Navien certification highly preferred Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-first mindset Ability to work independently and manage sales appointments Valid driver\'s license and clean driving record Benefits
