We are on the hunt for a highly-skilled, passionate and dedicated Permanent Personal Injury Attorney to join our dynamic legal team. Our firm prides itself on providing top-tier legal representation for victims of personal injury. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing an active caseload of personal injury claims, including vehicle accidents, slip and fall incidents, motorcycle accidents, and premises liability cases. Represent clients in court or before government agencies, presenting evidence to defend clients or prosecute defendants in personal injury cases. Prepare and draft legal documents such as pleadings, discovery, motions, briefs, contracts, and other legal material. Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, judicial officers, and team members on a regular basis. Conduct research to support a legal proceeding, to formulate a defense, or to initiate legal action. Conduct depositions, settlement conferences, trials, and other legal proceedings. Negotiate settlements for legal disputes in a manner that is in the best interest of the client. Stay updated on new developments in personal injury law and changes in the insurance industry to properly advise clients. Regularly review and manage case deadlines to ensure timely compliance. Qualifications
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. Active member in good standing with the Washington State Bar. Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Personal Injury Attorney with a proven track record of successfully managing a caseload from beginning to end. Extensive experience in handling vehicle accidents, slip and fall incidents, motorcycle accidents, and premises liability cases. Exceptional negotiation skills and a proven track record of achieving favorable settlements for clients. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients, opposing counsel, court personnel, and team members. Strong research and analytical skills, with the ability to handle complex legal issues. Proficiency in legal research software and Microsoft Office Suite. High level of professional ethics and a strong commitment to confidentiality. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills. Must be willing to work extended hours, as necessary, to meet client needs and case deadlines. Equal Opportunity
