We are seeking an experienced
Android Technical Lead
to manage and guide the
Login Development Team
(4 sub-teams, 8 developers in total). This role involves overseeing code reviews, design governance, and ensuring best practices in mobile app development. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise, leadership skills, and experience in delivering production-level Android applications. Key Responsibilities Lead and mentor a team of Android developers, providing guidance on design, coding standards, and best practices. Conduct detailed
code reviews
and ensure high-quality deliverables. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage
authentication
and security-related features. Oversee
platform health
and manage post-release production issues. Handle
client escalations
and provide timely resolutions. Drive Agile processes, including
2-week sprints
and Scrum ceremonies. Ensure timely delivery of features and enhancements for
native Android applications .
Required Skills & Experience
Strong Android development experience
with tools such as
Kotlin, Eclipse, and Android Studio . Proven track record of releasing multiple apps to the
Google Play Store
(include links in your application). Solid understanding of
Android SDKs, Java, REST services, MVVM patterns, and unit testing . Experience with
authentication, security , and
networking
in mobile applications. Knowledge of
algorithms, data structures , and
UI/UX best practices . Familiarity with
backend components
and web services integration. Agile/Scrum experience in a
fast-paced environment . Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently as a
self-starter .
