Overview
We are looking for an outgoing, hands-on
Multimedia / Social Media Coordinator
to help us create engaging videos, podcasts, and posts that educate and inspire the HVACR community. If you are passionate about content creation, eager to explore new tools, and skilled at making complex ideas easy to understandthis role is for you. No worries if youre early in your career.
Video editing and social media experience are a plus, but we will train the right candidate. What You Will Do
Communicate:
engage with industry sponsors and guests Assist with scheduling : work with our industry partners to coordinate site visits and remote recordings Edit videos and audio : trim clips, add titles/graphics, clean up sound, export for web and social. Publish and schedule content : post to YouTube, LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and X. Write simple, clear captions
and basic scripts; create thumbnails and short clips. Help with SEO : titles, descriptions, tags, and keywords so our content gets found. Support marketing tasks : email/newsletter drafts, basic landing pages, campaign tracking. Track performance : watch views, likes, comments, and traffic; share easy-to-read reports. Keep our media library organized : files, b-roll, graphics, and project folders. What You Bring
Curious and coachable
with a positive, lets try it attitude. Basic editing comfort
(any of these helps): Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, or DaVinci Resolve. Social posting basics : you know how to upload, tag, and schedule content on major platforms. Clear writing : short, friendly captions and titles. Organization : you can manage files and meet deadlines. Nice to Have (Not Required)
Experience with
Photoshop/Illustrator/Canva
for thumbnails and graphics. Basic
audio
cleanup (Audition, Audacity, or similar). Simple
SEO
or
YouTube Studio
experience. Familiarity with
email tools
(Mailchimp, HubSpot, etc.). Interest in
HVACR
