Job Summary We are seeking a talented and creative Videographer and Content Creator to lead our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for producing high-quality video content, editing engaging visuals, and strategizing effective posting schedules to enhance our brand presence, captivate our audience, and drive engagement across digital platforms. This role requires expertise in videography, video editing, and social media content distribution, with a strong focus on creating compelling visual stories tailored to various platforms. Responsibilities Conceptualize, shoot, and edit high-quality video content for platforms including Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn, ensuring alignment with brand identity. Develop and execute video-centric content strategies to boost engagement, increase followers, and drive traffic to digital platforms. Utilize video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve to create polished, professional-grade videos, including promotional content, tutorials, and short-form Reels/TikTok videos. Manage content posting schedules using tools like Later, Hootsuite, or Sprout Social to optimize reach and engagement. Conduct trend research and social listening to stay ahead of video content trends, such as emerging TikTok challenges or YouTube Shorts formats. Optimize video content with basic SEO practices, including keyword-rich captions and hashtags, to improve discoverability. Analyze video performance metrics using platform-native tools (e.g., YouTube Analytics, Instagram Insights) and Google Analytics to refine content strategies. Collaborate with the marketing and PR teams to ensure cohesive messaging across all visual and written content. Work with influencers and brand ambassadors to co-create authentic video content that resonates with target audiences. Perform color grading, audio mixing, and motion graphics integration to enhance video quality using tools like Adobe After Effects. Support e-commerce initiatives by producing shoppable video content for platforms like Instagram Shops or TikTok Shop. Ensure all video content is proofread and visually consistent with brand guidelines before posting. Skills Proficient in video editing software, including Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve. Strong videography skills, with experience in camera operation, lighting setups, and sound recording. Expertise in creating platform-specific video content, such as short-form videos for TikTok and Instagram Reels or long-form content for YouTube. Familiarity with social media management tools like Later, Hootsuite, or Sprout Social for scheduling and analytics. Knowledge of basic SEO principles and hashtag strategies to maximize video reach. Experience with motion graphics and animation using Adobe After Effects or similar tools. Strong understanding of digital marketing and content creation strategies tailored for video-first platforms. Excellent storytelling skills to craft compelling narratives that engage diverse audiences. Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) for creating video thumbnails and supplementary graphics. Strong analytical skills with experience in web and platform analytics tools like Google Analytics and YouTube Studio. Creative mindset with skills in photography to complement videography tasks. Detail-oriented with excellent proofreading skills to ensure error-free captions and visuals.
