The Vice President, Asset Management will be responsible for driving value creation, operational performance, and strategic direction across a portfolio of office assets in Atlanta. This individual will work closely with senior stakeholders to maximize asset performance and investor returns. This is a high-impact role offering an opportunity to shape the success of a best-in-class commercial real estate platform.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the development and execution of asset-level strategies to enhance value, drive NOI growth, and optimize investment performance.

Oversee cross-functional teams, including property management, leasing, construction, and marketing, to ensure alignment with business plans and strategic objectives.

Prepare and implement annual business plans and operating budgets for each asset, ensuring alignment with portfolio and investor goals.

Monitor financial and operational performance, conduct variance analyses, and recommend proactive strategies to mitigate risks and capitalize on opportunities.

Play an active role in acquisition underwriting, due diligence, and integration of newly acquired assets, as well as the disposition process to ensure successful exit strategies.

Maintain and strengthen relationships with key stakeholders including investors, tenants, brokers, vendors, and local market participants.

Negotiate and approve property-level agreements, including leases, lease amendments, service contracts, and management agreements, within authority and policy guidelines.

Lead quarterly investor reporting for assigned assets, including preparation of detailed financial summaries, asset narratives, and performance commentary.

Provide strategic input on development and capital improvement initiatives, ensuring they meet timeline, budget, and return objectives.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in business, finance, real estate, or related discipline

Minimum 7 years' experience in commercial real estate asset management, with a focus on office
