Position: Commercial Assistant Property Manager
Supervised by: General Manager
Summary:
We are seeking a talented Assistant Property Manager for a large, mixed-use property in the heart of Downtown Atlanta.
Essential Responsibilities:
Assist with the development and administration of operating budget and capital improvement budget for the property Assist with pop-up retail events and activations Review and comprehend operating expense reconciliations Assist General Manager, Construction, and Engineering with ongoing construction projects including vendor coordination, insurance, planning, and oversight. Assist General Manager with daily operations of the property to ensure quality standards are maintained; perform regular property inspections Direct maintenance staff on maintenance programs relating to the condition and appearance of the property Assist with developing weekly/monthly updates, summaries and reports for property activities and tenant relations Assist with development and implementation of tenant and community engagement programs Ensure work orders are completed in a timely and thorough manner Select outside contract services, vendors, and negotiate service agreements; Monitor daily vendor performance to assure full compliance with standards within service agreements Assist with tenant move-ins and move-outs Ensure vendor compliance with insurance requirements Qualifications: Minimum of 3 years' experience in commercial property management Proficiency in Word, Excel, and Outlook Purpose-driven with a sense of urgency Excellent communication skills Proficient in MRI and Nexus accounting programs Benefits: We offer a competitive benefits package, including: Unlimited vacation, summer Fridays, and 9 company holidays Company-paid life and insurance Company-subsidized medical, dental, and vision insurance Voluntary insurance including supplemental life insurance, pet insurance, critical illness, accident, hospital, legal, and cancer insurance. 401(k) with company match #LI-Onsite #J-18808-Ljbffr
