Responsibilities We’re looking for a strategic and driven eCommerce leader to own and grow web sales for Boost Mobile. This role is responsible for optimizing the BoostMobile.com new customer buy flow, my account experience, and mobile app to increase new customer acquisition, existing customer monetization, and conversion performance. You will lead the Boost Mobile eCommerce team and will be responsible for the strategy behind the presentation of BoostMobile.com’s offerings—educating customers about device and service offerings, driving sell-in and conversion. To achieve your goals, you will develop strategies and execute to rapidly iterate and optimize the onsite funnel and marketing tactics in a dynamic competitive environment. You’ll collaborate with teams across product, marketing, operations, and analytics to develop and execute test-and-learn strategies, and use customer insights to shape compelling journeys that turn engagement into revenue. The ideal candidate is a data-savvy storyteller, a strong cross-functional partner, and a relentless optimizer.

Lead the strategy and execution of ecommerce initiatives

Accountable for web go to market for new product launches, promotional cadence, and web content

Drive performance in areas such as device sales and upgrades and “bring your own device” service sales

Own customer segmentation, personalization, and offer strategy

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless, conversion-optimized digital experience

Optimize referral traffic destinations in coordination with marketing and customer communication teams

Own onsite and in-app merchandising, including planning, launching, and iterating content

Use A/B testing and analytics to drive continuous performance improvements throughout the buy flow

Monitor daily KPIs and pivot strategies to meet conversion and sales targets

Champion customer insights to identify friction points and inform creative, data-driven solutions

Educate stakeholders on digital eCommerce best practices and the nuances of the Boost Mobile sales funnel

Analyze site metrics, share actionable insights, and advocate for initiatives that increase ROI

Qualifications Education and Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)

10+ years in eCommerce for high-traffic digital businesses

Skills and Qualifications:

Proven ability to lead projects and priorities in a fast-paced, results-driven environment

Strong communicator with a talent for influencing cross-functional stakeholders

Hands-on experience with tools such as Adobe Analytics, AEM, Adobe Commerce (Magento), Adobe Target, and CDPs

Experience managing teams and driving execution across departments

Customer-centric mindset with a passion for improving digital experiences

Willingness to travel up to 10%

Salary and Benefits Salary Range: Compensation: $127,050.00/Year - $181,500.00/Year

The base pay range shown is a guideline. Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, and competencies; compensation is based on the role's location and is subject to change based on work location.
