is seeking a dynamic, results-driven
Sr. Director of Business Development
to spearhead growth across the East Coast. In this senior, client-facing role, you’ll be at the forefront of driving new partnerships in the
pharmaceutical and biotech sectors , with a strong focus on
sterile fill-finish services . If you’re a natural hunter with deep industry expertise and a proven track record of closing complex technical deals, we want to hear from you. What You’ll Do Develop and execute territory-specific strategies to expand the client base. Prospect, qualify, and engage new opportunities across pharma and biotech. Lead consultative sales discussions, presenting CDMO drug product development and manufacturing capabilities. Collaborate with internal technical and project management teams to deliver tailored client proposals. Grow and maintain long-term client relationships, securing repeat business. Represent the company at industry events and conferences (travel up to 50%). What We’re Looking For Proven success in
CDMO/pharma/biotech business development , ideally with sterile fill-finish experience. A true hunter mentality with the ability to drive new business and build strategic accounts. Strong understanding of
complex sales cycles and high-value negotiations . Excellent communication, relationship-building, and presentation skills. Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working independently while collaborating with internal teams. Why Join Us? Competitive package:
