The General Manager functions as the primary strategic business leader of the property, owning the P&L, financial performance, sales and revenue generation, and delivering a return on investment to ownership. Develop and implement property-wide strategies, scale and oversee the home share program, and manage cost-control and revenue-improvement programs. Develop annual operating budgets and sales and marketing plans; build relationships, foster trust, and empower onsite teams. Provide leadership, supervise and train the onsite team, and maintain open communication with all team members. Establish community presence, participate in daily meetings, and build strong resident/guest relations. Respond to questions and concerns promptly; work with owners to align on community goals and objectives. Analyze operational information for NOI impact, identify trends, and recommend adjustments. Set leasing goals, manage lease expiration programs, and oversee leasing activities to maximize occupancy and rental income. Recruit, train, motivate, and develop staff; implement onboarding and ongoing training processes. Prepare and present operating budgets/forecasts and sales/marketing plans; provide timely financial reporting to the Regional Manager. Ensure compliance with all regulations, safety rules, and company standards; promote safe work practices. Manage staffing schedules, maintenance programs, and vendor relationships; oversee property condition and maintenance related to home share operations and general areas. What You’ll Do

Champion Sentral standards, policies, and customer service excellence. Provide inspirational leadership to achieve operational excellence. Market the property and homesharing opportunities to increase market share. Promote a culture of trust, engagement, and community. Develop talent through structure, direction, feedback, recognition, and ongoing training. Build relationships with key business partners and residents. Maintain strong internal communication and interdepartmental alignment. Deliver high-quality resident and guest experiences; ensure timely responses to inquiries. Monitor market conditions and trends to adjust pricing and product knowledge across teams. Show, lease, and move-in prospective residents; ensure sales teams meet high standards. Implement resident retention programs and service-request follow-ups; monitor lease renewals. Maintain knowledge of the community and competitive markets; guide leasing staff accordingly. Oversee property conditions, maintenance, safety programs, and staff scheduling. Adhere to all company standards and regulatory requirements. Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent; some college preferred. Minimum of three years of experience in luxury residential property management or hotels. Proven leadership experience with strong attention to detail and sales ability. Knowledgeable about OSHA laws and regulations; strong decision-making and problem-solving skills. Computer literacy with PMS software and MS Office; ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends. Strong customer service orientation with the ability to diffuse concerns and avoid escalation. Positive attitude and willingness to participate in ongoing training. Location & Schedule

This is an in-person position located in Beverly Hills, CA. Shift is Monday–Friday; weekend availability preferred. No onsite housing or discounts offered. Employment Type

Salary range: $125,000 - $135,000
