Store Manager - Rancho Cucamonga role at Sun Auto Tire & Service. Guest Service: Ensure that every customer receives outstanding service by maintaining store standards, strong product knowledge, timely callbacks, meeting time commitments, and handling escalated customer complaints. Responsible for overall store performance and guest experience. People: Set expectations and communicate with employees on responsibilities, goals, training, development, and customer service. Hold management and staff accountable, coach or counsel as needed, and lead by example. Ensure compliance with company policies through regular meetings and store audits. Conduct regular performance evaluations for all employees. Financials: Analyze business trends and develop plans to maximize sales and meet or exceed targets. Manage expenses, inventories, and profitability; implement strategies to improve sales and reduce shrink. Process customer transactions in POS and handle phone inquiries as part of daily duties. Compensation
Up to $120K per year, depending on experience (salary + bonuses). Qualifications
Five or more years of sales experience in an auto repair shop management position or equivalent automotive industry experience. Experience coaching and leading teams, with strong communication, business development, and strategy implementation skills. Proven ability to develop and meet monthly, quarterly, and annual plans with clear goals; track record of meeting/exceeding sales and profit targets. Automotive technician experience is preferred but not required. Valid driver’s license (or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire). Current or eligible for State Inspector license within 30 days of hire (or ability to obtain). Ability to work a minimum of five days per week, including Saturdays. Benefits
