Technical Product Owner (TPO)

to lead our

Performance Insights & Value Realization

team — a critical function that enables our marketing organization to operate with precision, agility, and impact. In this role, you’ll guide a team of Power BI developers and own the delivery of intuitive, actionable dashboards that illuminate performance across our core marketing technologies — including

Marketing Resource Management (MRM) ,

Digital Asset Management (DAM) ,

Product Information Management (PIM) , and

Social Marketing platforms . You’ll shape the vision and roadmap for insights and measurement capabilities that empower our teams to deliver with excellence and continuously elevate the value of our MarTech investments. In this pivotal role, you will be at the heart of the Marketing Operations portfolio success driving the end to end interaction model from demand intake through to value realization and continuous improvement. You’ll be responsible for supporting these end to end initiatives with insights delivered via dashboards and owning the development processes, ensuring that every request big or small is meticulously assessed and prioritized. Your leadership in organizing Value Realization Office (VRO) meetings and collaborating with stakeholders will drive alignment and clarity, allowing our teams to make informed decisions swiftly. Ultimately, your contributions will empower our organization to harness data effectively, enabling better insights and fostering continuous improvement across our initiatives. Key Responsibilities

Product Strategy & Ownership

Define and manage the insights product backlog across MRM, DAM, PIM, and Social platforms Develop a strategic roadmap for performance insights and value realization tools aligned with business goals Act as a bridge between MarTech product teams and the insights team to ensure analytics needs are prioritized and met Demand Intake & Value Realization Framework

Lead regular connects to review and assess new demand intake requests, value realization assessment and product backlog across MRM, DAM, PIM, Social platforms Business case ownership, development, and ROI/data-driven feedback loop Team Leadership & Delivery Excellence

Lead and mentor a team of Power BI developers and analysts to deliver scalable, marketer-friendly dashboards Establish and uphold standards for data visualization, quality, and dashboard design Marketer-Centric Enablement

Translate marketer pain points into intuitive reporting solutions that streamline workflows and accelerate time-to-value Advocate for consistent success metrics that reflect how marketing technologies drive business outcomes Outcome-Driven Decision Support

Collaborate with product owners to define, track, and visualize OKRs and KPIs that reflect product maturity and marketing impact and generate data-driven insights to further optimize product performance and drive continuous improvement Provide strategic guidance on measuring platform effectiveness and efficiency Value Realization & Storytelling

Build frameworks to showcase platform impact and value realization across the MarTech ecosystem Transform data into compelling narratives that influence executive decision-making and investment prioritization Required Qualifications

5+ years of experience in product ownership or business intelligence, ideally within marketing technology or digital ecosystems Bachelor\'s degree required, preferably in management information systems, information technology, business or computer science Proven track record of leading technical teams (Power BI, SQL, data modeling) Deep understanding of marketing operations and technologies such as MRM, DAM, PIM, and Social platforms Ability to align analytics strategy with marketer needs and enterprise priorities Strong communication skills with the ability to simplify complex insights and engage stakeholders Passion for customer-centric design and continuous improvement through data Desired Qualifications

Experience in CPG or enterprise-scale marketing environments Familiarity with Agile methodologies and cross-functional product teams Exposure to value realization frameworks and OKR-based performance tracking Minimum of 3 years of product or platform experience, with a strong track record of problem-solving skills with ability to accurately analyze situations and drive agile delivery of technical solutions Minimum of 3 years of technology experience with a track record of success, identifying and implementing new technologies, measuring and delivering value and in-market adoption, effective collaboration with technology and data partners and proven ability to network and orchestrate across technology organization and business stakeholders Key Skill Sets

Annual base salary for new hires in this position ranges: $141,950.00 - $200,400.00 This takes into account a number of factors including work location, the candidate’s skills, experience, education level & other job-related factors.
