We are seeking an experienced
Senior Project Manager
to lead large-scale residential remodels from contract to completion. This role requires a proactive leader who can manage complex construction projects, maintain client confidence, and ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to our exacting quality standards. A successful Senior Project Manager at ProPacific not only oversees schedules and budgets but also
actively inspects subcontractor work, enforces quality standards, and safeguards the company’s best interests on every project . Key Responsibilities
Lead residential remodeling projects ($500K–$3M+) from start to finish. Manage construction schedules, budgets, subcontractor performance, and job site safety. Closely monitor subcontractor workmanship , to protect quality and company standards. Represent the company’s best interests
in all decisions, ensuring cost control, contract compliance, and long-term client satisfaction. Provide exceptional client communication, including:
Daily logs
of project progress Weekly project updates
and upcoming milestones Managing all documentation and communication through
Buildertrend
Collaborate with Pre-Construction and Design teams during planning, estimating, and trade partner contracting. Review scopes of work, contracts, and subcontractor invoices. Drive weekly project meetings and issue timely progress updates. Schedule and facilitate client and designer job walks. Prepare Change Orders in Buildertrend as needed. Ensure adherence to ProPacific’s quality standards and warranty processes. Mentor junior project managers and field staff. Qualifications
8+ years of project management experience in high-end residential remodeling or custom homes. Proven success managing multiple projects $1M+. Strong knowledge of construction methods, trades, and sequencing. Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency with project management software (Buildertrend preferred). Ability to read/interpret architectural and engineering plans. Why Join ProPacific Builders?
