We're looking for an experienced
Residential Construction Project Manager
with a strong background in custom homebuilding. This is a leadership role for someone who can confidently manage complex, high-end projects from pre-construction to final handover. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, excel at building client trust, and know how to lead teams to successful outcomes, we want to connect with you. What You'll Do Oversee all aspects of luxury custom home projectsfrom initial planning to completion Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and scopes of work with a commitment to excellence Coordinate architects, designers, consultants, trades, and suppliers to ensure timely, high-quality execution Conduct regular job site visits, lead meetings, and monitor progress, quality, and safety Serve as the main point of contact for homeowners, providing transparent communication throughout the build Ensure all work complies with local codes, safety protocols, and permitting requirements Report regularly to company leadership, contributing to operational improvements and best practices
What You Bring
5-8+ years of experience managing high-end residential construction projects Deep knowledge of construction methods, scheduling, budgeting, permitting, and coastal/regional codes Demonstrated success delivering projects on time, within budget, and to client satisfaction Strong leadership and team coordination skills Outstanding communication and client relationship abilities Technologically adept comfortable using construction management tools (e.g., Buildertrend, Procore) and Microsoft Office Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or related field preferred Valid driver's license and ability to travel to project sites across the Tri-Counties region
