Company Description We’re representing a high-growth, venture-backed marketplace startup that is building the infrastructure behind the next generation of recruiting firms. The platform enables specialized recruiters to place talent into some of the most exciting startups in tech and beyond. With rapid growth to 8-figures in ARR in just over a year, the business is backed by top investors and founders from companies such as Canva, YouTube, Instacart, Eventbrite, Doordash, and Twitch.

This is a rare opportunity to join just before their Series B and play a pivotal role in shaping how a fast-scaling company engages and supports its partner ecosystem.

What You Will Do As a

Partner Success Manager , you will be the first hire in this function and own end-to-end relationships with recruiters on the platform. You’ll ensure that every recruiter who joins is onboarded smoothly, receives fast support, and stays engaged to grow their business successfully.

Key responsibilities include:

Onboard new recruiters and agencies to set them up for success.

Act as the first line of support for partner questions, issues, and escalations.

Monitor partner engagement and intervene early to prevent churn.

Capture and share partner feedback to inform product, process, and operational improvements.

Build repeatable workflows and playbooks to create scalable, high-quality partner experiences.

Serve as the trusted point of contact for recruiters, ensuring responsiveness, empathy, and long-term success.

Ideal Candidate Background

1–6 years of experience in

Customer Success, Account Management, Sales (AE/BDR), Operations, or Consulting

within a fast-growing startup or high-performance environment.

Strong customer-facing experience, having owned partner/client relationships end-to-end. Examples: Customer Success in SaaS, Account Management in marketplaces, or client-facing roles in fintech.

Startup or scale-up experience (Series A to pre-IPO) OR experience in elite organizations with a culture of operational excellence.

Solid academic background or professional achievements that demonstrate discipline, analytical ability, and high performance.

Preferred

Experience working with SMBs, entrepreneurs, or agencies.

Proven track record of taking ownership of a book of accounts, processes, or at-risk clients.

Demonstrated ability to thrive in high-volume, fast-paced problem-solving environments.

High energy, empathetic communicator who leaves clients motivated and supported.

Process-oriented thinker who can turn unstructured interactions into scalable systems.

Compensation and Benefits

Base salary range:

$100,000 – $170,000
