The Senior Program General Manager, SSR is responsible for the strategic planning, management, and overall financial performance of a large construction program. This position will also serve as the Senior Site Representative (SSR), managing the area of responsibility and serving as the company representative, including signature authority as applicable. Qualifications

12+ years' experience in the construction industry with a commercial or industrial general contractor Extensive experience managing multiple construction projects of varying contract types and delivery methods Very experienced in producing detailed fixed price estimates; ability to use RS Means or other published unit price books to produce detailed line item estimates Excellent project documentation and construction management principles Experience in managing many employees in multiple locations Knowledge of civil, architectural, mechanical, and electrical fields Demonstrated success in operating within prescribed process and procedural systems Experience in identifying, designing, and implementing process improvements Excellent leadership skills; ability to motivate and guide others to succeed Ability to clearly communicate strategic corporate directives and ensure they are executed correctly at all regional locations Extensive knowledge of construction and engineering means and methods Possess effective negotiating skills Must demonstrate a strong ability to: Adapt and be flexible to frequent changes in a fast-paced work environment Demonstrate integrity consistent with Centennial's core values Collaborate and work effectively in a team environment with people of various backgrounds and styles Strong verbal and written communication skills, including clear, concise, and professional presentation of information Adapt to the constantly evolving world of technology, design, means and methods, systems (e.g., Microsoft Office suite, ProCore, Adobe, BlueBeam) Mentor and train assistant-level operations team members Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering or related field highly desired Responsibilities

Strategic Management:

Plan, coordinate, and manage all facets necessary to complete projects within budget, on time, and with quality. Manage projects per contract requirements and Centennial systems and procedures; respond to contract documents and inquiries; enforce Quality Control Plan and Site Safety and Health Programs; attend meetings and provide minutes; perform site visits to determine conditions and client needs; develop detailed project scopes of work, including AutoCad drawings and material estimates; review proposals, and prepare and manage proposal packages; manage project close-out and documentation; prepare budgets and revenue forecasts; manage project general conditions, staffing, monthly revenue and margins; ensure financial targets are met; review monthly cost reports and manage cash flow; enforce risk management practices. Customer Satisfaction:

Ensure high customer satisfaction; understand internal and external customers; meet client expectations; anticipate issues; foster a customer-centric culture. Business Development:

Support identification, pursuit, and acquisition of new and repeat work; participate in sponsorship decisions and capture planning; contribute to technical and pricing proposals; promote revenue and gross profit growth. Estimating:

Perform independent estimate reviews based on specifications, scope, and drawings; conduct detailed quantity take-offs and manage work packages; ensure completeness and accuracy of line items. Subcontractor Management:

Coordinate buyouts; manage subcontractor proposals, negotiations, and agreements; oversee submittals and ensure compliance. Scheduling:

Review contracts and drawings; establish and maintain start, progress, and completion schedules; coordinate with architects and engineers; develop detailed project schedules. Safety:

Ensure compliance with Centennial's HSEQ guidelines and all local requirements (OSHA, USACE EM385.1.1, etc.). Senior Site Representative (SSR) Specific Duties: Personnel Management:

Manage overhead and general conditions costs, staffing, performance evaluations, development plans, recruiting/hiring, and diversity initiatives. Financial Management:

Ensure technical, financial and quality performance; prepare budgets and revenue forecasts; manage monthly revenue, margins, and cost reporting. Drive between project sites as required; occasional travel may be required. Work in an office environment with site visits in various weather conditions. Physical Demands

The ability to walk uneven terrain; regularly sit, stand, walk, talk and hear; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; climb, balance, stoop, kneel, squat, or reach; lift up to 25 pounds occasionally; touch on close and distant vision and other visual requirements.
