Data Modeler
for a
contract
with a client in Jersey City, NJ / Dallas, TX / Tampa, FL (Hybrid). You will be responsible for designing scalable financial data models and integrating structured and semi-structured data to support regulatory reporting and analytics. Pay Details
Pay Details:
$45.00 to $49.00 per hour Responsibilities
Design conceptual, logical, and physical data models that support business and regulatory requirements. Collaborate with data engineers and architects to implement scalable models optimized for platforms like Snowflake. Integrate structured and semi-structured data (e.g., JSON, XML) to support analytics and reporting needs. Ensure data quality, consistency, and governance across systems by aligning with enterprise standards. Document data lineage and metadata to support transparency, auditability, and compliance. Continuously refine data models based on evolving business needs, regulatory changes, and performance optimization. Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Data Science, or a related field (master’s preferred). Minimum 5 years of experience in data modeling, with at least 2 years working with Snowflake in a production environment. Strong proficiency in designing scalable data models aligned with financial regulatory standards such as SOX, Basel III, and GDPR. Experience integrating structured and semi-structured data using Snowflake features and collaborating with cross-functional teams for analytics and reporting. How to Apply
