Chief of Division of Acute Care Surgery- Geisinger Geisinger Health System is seeking a highly skilled and experienced surgeon to lead our Division of Acute Care Surgery. The division encompasses three adult Level I and II trauma centers, one pediatric Level II trauma center, and two Level IV trauma centers. Each of our Level I and II centers is dedicated to providing exceptional trauma and acute care surgery, as well as surgical critical care. The division is comprised of 24 trauma surgeons and 25 APPs. The Chief will be responsible for overseeing the quality and performance of these programs, ensuring the highest standards of patient care and safety as well as advancing scholarship and educational activities. The Chief will practice clinically at Geisinger Wyoming Valley Hospital, Level I Trauma Center.
